Alexa is fortunate to have been able to work with some of the industry’s most talented professional chefs and food scientists throughout her career. She has been a key member of a number of integrated R&D teams for a number of restaurant and food manufacturing brands that have launched many successful and innovative new menu items, products and concepts over the years.
As a member of the Research Chefs Association (RCA), Alexa values the depth of knowledge and expertise, as well as the opportunities for continuing education, the RCA affords the “Culinology” community. She embraces the ability to learn from others as much as she enjoys sharing her own knowledge.
