A Healthy Home is a Happy Home!

Welcome! I am a native Floridian who grew up on Miami Beach. Over the years, I rented, purchased, built, renovated, and sold homes in South and Central Florida from Brickell Avenue to North Miami Beach, Lauderdale by the Sea, Pompano Beach, Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, and Mt. Dora before experiencing that "Goldilocks" moment with my "just right" property in the beautiful community of Abacoa in Jupiter! I have packed and unpacked thousands of moving boxes over the years and will be happy if I never buy another bag of mulch. I am an avid cyclist and power walker, a devoted yogini, a forgiving golfer, and an all-around cultural enthusiast. I love listening to local live music, dining at unique local restaurants, and attending or volunteering for community events and charitable activities. Even comparable homes seemingly defined by the "principle of substitution" have nuanced details that become personalized in a real estate decision.

FitCulinary LLC was founded in 2010 as a Culinary and Nutrition Consultancy.  With multiple degrees from Cornell University and a Culinary Degree from Johnson & Wales University, Alexa enjoyed a long career as a Registered/Licensed Dietitian and Corporate  Research Chef providing nutrition support and developing thousands of published recipes for large restaurant chains and food manufacturers.  Alexa continues to offer food and nutrition education for community and corporate wellness events. FitCulinary produces signature granola and other non-perishable baked goods for sampling and sale at community gatherings.


Alexa devoted over 40 years of her professional career to working in both residential and commercial kitchens. She has designed and renovated kitchens over the years and has been involved in numerous "time and motion" and "speed of service" studies to determine labor and operational efficiencies.
