Alexa is fortunate to have been able to work with some of the industry’s most talented professional chefs and food scientists throughout her career. She has been a key member of a number of integrated R&D teams for a number of restaurant and food manufacturing brands that have launched many successful and innovative new menu items, products and concepts over the years.

As a long-time member of the Research Chefs Association (RCA), Alexa values the depth of knowledge and expertise, as well as the opportunities for continuing education, the RCA affords its “Culinology®” members. Culinology® is the blending of the disciplines of culinary arts and food science.

Alexa’s passion for food and nutrition extends to opportunities to teach and educate through community wellness events and corporate lunch and learn classes. Alexa has over 20 years of formal teaching experience in hospitality management and culinary arts programs.
